· Digital Reports: Once digital reports or documents have been sent to your email address (within 1 to 3 working days after appointment) .

· Client-Related Issues: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, or delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, unavailability).
3. Digital Products and Reports
Due to the electronic nature of digital content:
· Once a digital report, document, or file has been delivered or downloaded, it is generally non-refundable .
· If you experience issues with file access or quality, please contact us immediately, and we will try to resolve the problem or provide a replacement .
